Vendors & compliance firms
Keep the people you work with as compliant as you are
Vendor management in CLEX Legal covers onboarding and periodic due diligence, checklists, work orders, a scorecard and a clean exit. A compliance firm can be given a legislation, or only some of its items, and works inside the client's workspace under the same maker–checker rules.
What it does
How vendors & compliance firms works
- 1
Onboarding and periodic due diligence
Ask a vendor the right questions when they join and again each period. Vendors answer in their own workspace and submit to you; you review and approve.
- 2
Give a legislation to a compliance firm
Hand a whole legislation or selected items to a verified compliance firm. What they accept is theirs to do; you keep full sight of it.
- 3
A dashboard per vendor and per client
See progress month by month, what is overdue and what is waiting on whom, for each vendor or each client.
- 4
Exit properly
End a relationship with a notice period or at once, ask the exit questions, and bring a vendor back later with the history intact.

Questions
About vendors & compliance firms
Can a compliance consultant work inside my CLEX Legal workspace?
Yes. You give them a legislation, or some of its items, from the legislation's own page. They see only what you give them, they work under the same maker–checker rules, and you can withdraw it at any time.
