Dashboard & penalty exposure
A compliance score you can explain, and a penalty exposure you can see
The compliance dashboard gives a single score built from delivery, licences and vendors, and slices it by organisation, unit, legislation and vendor. Penalty exposure shows the range an authority could levy on items not done, from minimum to maximum, so priorities follow consequence.
What it does
How dashboard & penalty exposure works
- 1
A score that shows its working
The score is a weighted blend of compliance delivery, licences and registrations, and vendors and partners. Every figure opens the items behind it.
- 2
Critical items first
The items that are overdue and most serious are listed first, so the first hour of the week is spent on the right things.
- 3
Penalty exposure
Where a law states a penalty, CLEX Legal records the range and adds up what is at stake across what is not done.
- 4
Reports
Month by month, by unit, by legislation, by vendor — and the audit trail — ready to download.

About dashboard & penalty exposure

How is the compliance score calculated?
It combines three measures with stated weights: compliance delivery (how much of what was due was completed and verified), licences and registrations (what is valid, due for renewal or expired) and vendors and partners (how many are on top of their commitments). Each part is shown with the counts behind it.
